Features of the whole machine
The built-in high-voltage electrostatic powder spray gun and the pulsed high-voltage electrostatic output mode can make the powder particles recharged repeatedly and overcome the phenomenon of coating orange peel.
The pulsed spray gun recharges the powder every 10-20 times/second with a high voltage released at a low current, which effectively solves the problem of one-time spraying and complex job spraying.
The precision integrated circuit is used to complete the work, with high efficiency, fast powder application and good spray quality.
Imported voltage multiplier electronic components ensure the reliability and stability of the built-in voltage multiplier circuit.
The built-in high-voltage module is close to the nozzle, with low voltage loss and high output voltage.
The spray gun adopts a special spray gun with built-in electrostatic generator, which sprays powder evenly and prevents electrostatic backflow. The fully enclosed gun switch design effectively prevents powder from entering the gun body.

B. What is the expected output in one day? (One day = 8 hours)
C. What heating power do you prefer: electricity, gas, diesel or coal?

E. Is pre-treatment required?
Question 3: How is the product quality of your factory?
Our factory has passed the IS090001 quality management system certification. The quality of all materials is in line with national standards. There are dedicated personnel to control the quality during the production process. You can rest assured about the quality of the product.
Question 4: How is your after-sales service?
All the main parts of our coating production line are under warranty for one year. If the product is damaged by human factors or force majeure, the consumable parts are not covered by the warranty. One-time purchase, lifelong maintenance, response within 12 hours, and solution within 24 hours. The cost of technicians going abroad for installation, commissioning and after-sales service shall be borne by the buyer.
Question 5: What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by T/T, 30% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 70% is required before delivery. We will provide photos and videos of the products before you clear the final payment.
