Features of the whole machine
Automatic current control device "standard Voltang" (kv) This device can automatically adjust and control the current and voltage, so that the powder penetrates deep into the workpiece surface. Get the best possible coating quality.
When the spray gun is close to work, the current and voltage will be automatically adjusted, usually flat workpieces require high voltage, and when spraying concave workpieces, low voltage is required to make the powder penetrate into the recesses of the workpiece.
The high voltage module is close to the nozzle, the voltage loss is low, and the replaceable high voltage components bring convenience to maintenance.
The design of the two-way central gas makes the pole needle guide fluid no longer accumulate powder, which enhances the discharge effect and improves the powder loading rate.

Question 3: How is the product quality of your factory?
Our factory has passed the IS090001 quality management system certification. The quality of all materials is in line with national standards. There are dedicated personnel to control the quality during the production process. You can rest assured about the quality of the product.
Question 4: How is your after-sales service?
All the main parts of our coating production line are under warranty for one year. If the product is damaged by human factors or force majeure, the consumable parts are not covered by the warranty. One-time purchase, lifelong maintenance, response within 12 hours, and solution within 24 hours. The cost of technicians going abroad for installation, commissioning and after-sales service shall be borne by the buyer.
Question 5: What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by T/T, 30% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 70% is required before delivery. We will provide photos and videos of the products before you clear the final payment.
