The charactristic of whole machine
For the spray booth with a large amount of hand spray, the unequal width design is adopted, which is convenient for the hand sprayer to spray close to the workpiece.
Using high-efficiency large cyclone separation device, the single separation efficiency can reach up to 98%.
The spray booth can be constructed of stainless steel plate, engineering plastic plate or sandwich sandwich.
The arc structure design on the top of the spray booth is convenient for cleaning.
The bottom of the spray booth can be equipped with a pulse air cleaning device.
The nano-film-coated filter element can capture dust above 0.1 micron without wasting a little powder. At the same time, the filtered gas becomes clean air, which can be directly circulated in the workshop.

B. What is the expected output in one day? (One day = 8 hours)
C. What heating power do you prefer: electricity, gas, diesel or coal?
D. The site area of your factory (length, width and height)
E. Is pre-treatment required?
Question 3: How is the product quality of your factory?
Our factory has passed the IS090001 quality management system certification. The quality of all materials is in line with national standards. There are dedicated personnel to control the quality during the production process. You can rest assured about the quality of the product.
Question 4: How is your after-sales service?
All the main parts of our coating production line are under warranty for one year. If the product is damaged by human factors or force majeure, the consumable parts are not covered by the warranty. One-time purchase, lifelong maintenance, response within 12 hours, and solution within 24 hours. The cost of technicians going abroad for installation, commissioning and after-sales service shall be borne by the buyer.
Question 5: What are your payment terms?
We accept payment by T/T, 30% deposit is required before production, and the remaining 70% is required before delivery. We will provide photos and videos of the products before you clear the final payment.
